At Reception
Let them know you are there for a lesson with Immerse. You will need to sign in.
If you need one, ask for a towel at Reception – please take only one. If you need more than one towel, please bring an extra towel from home.
Lockers require a padlock. If you forget to bring one, padlocks are available for purchase at reception.
Getting from the Club Entrance to the Pool
From the club reception head downstairs to the gym floor. The pool is right in front of you.
The ladies changing room is to the left of the pool at the bottom of the stairs. For the men’s changing, head to the right and down length of the pool on the the gym floor. The entrance on your left.
Once you’ve changed, continue through the changing rooms, pass the showers, and you’ll arrive at the pool.
Changing Rooms
The changing rooms include lockers, showers, hairdryers, and swimsuit spin dryers for your convenience. The lockers require a padlock. If you don’t have one you can purchase one at the health club reception.
Pool Dimensions
The pool is a traditional rectangular 4 lane swimming pool measuring 20m x 11m. Lessons take place in a dedicated lane.
Pool Depth
The pool is 1.2m end to end. The teaching lane is accessed by a ladder.
Pool rules
The pool is only 1.2m deep and not appropriate for diving or jumping. Pool surrounds can be slippery so please take care. Glass (including mobile phones) is not allowed poolside.
Entering the pool – once your instructor has signalled you may enter
You may only enter the pool once your instructor has entered the water and invited you in. If you are early for the lesson you will need to wait for the instructor to arrive and must not enter the pool beforehand to practice or swim.
Leaving the pool – at the end of your lesson
At the end of the lesson you will need to exit the pool. Staying on in the pool to practice is not permitted.
If an instructor needs to exit the pool during a lesson for any reason they may ask you to exit the pool as well until they are back in the pool hall.
