The pool is located in a private health club. The health club is a sister club of the City one. The club is located inside an office building known as Four Millbank (below).

Getting to the Healthclub from the Entrance at Four Millbank
This is the entrance to Four Millbank.
To get to the Health Club, go through the revolving door (pictured) then up the stairs.
At the top of the stairs is building security. If you let them know you are going to the Health Club, they will point you in the right direction.
Turn right at the security desk and you will see a corridor. Go past the lifts and through the door at the end.
The door leads to the atrium. Go down the stairs.
At the bottom of the stairs, turn hard left and cross the atrium to the door in front of you.
Through the door, down the corridor and the Health Club is on the right at the end.
At the Health Club reception, you will need to sign in. The Reception team will direct you to the changing rooms.
Below is a short video detailing how to get to the Club from the front door of 4 Millbank.
What To Bring
The towel and wristband process is the same as for the City.
These have the same facilities as the City.
The pool is a traditional rectangular swimming pool measuring 16.5m x 5.5m. A dedicated lane will be installed by noon on Tuesday 8 Feb.
The pool is 1.4m at one end, 1.75m in the middle and 1.4m at the other end. The slope is a gradual one (~4cm/m). There is no abrupt change. The teaching lane is accessed by a ladder.
The pool is shallow for about 1.5m at each end. A submersible teaching platform will be placed in the deeper middle section so you may stand throughout.
We still don’t use these as teaching aids. However, we may on occasion use them as safety aids when teaching in deep water.
The pool is ideal for treading water and deep water confidence
No Diving/ No Jumping
These are prohibited.
Entering the pool – once your instructor has signalled you may enter
Given the depth of this pool we have some new safety regulations.
You may only enter the pool once your instructor has entered the water and invited you in. If you are early for the lesson you will need to wait for the instructor to arrive and must not enter the pool beforehand to practice or swim.
Leaving the pool – at the end of your lesson
At the end of the lesson you will need to exit the pool. Staying on in the pool to practice is not permitted – sorry.
If an instructor needs to exit the pool during a lesson for any reason they will ask you to exit the pool as well until they have re-entered the water.
We expect to be very busy at this location. If you would like to continue with lessons after your initial package we’d strongly advise you book your next package as soon as you can. If you wait until you are a lesson or two from the end of the current package you might find that your preferred day and time has been booked.
