Getting in touch with the club
You may have questions about the facilities, you may be running late and wish to get a message to your instructor, you may have left your goggles behind or you might have a concern or a compliment.
In all these circumstances we ask that you contact our office (020 8802 1122) and not the Club.
This is because we have many swimmers and we do not wish to overwhelm the Club!
We are usually best placed to answer any questions, get a message to the instructor, source your goggles, attend to any concerns or pass on any compliments. If not, we will liaise with the Club and get everything sorted.
A single line of communication works best. We ask you to respect this.
