What is an Early Cancel?
You may change a lesson as many times as you need to up to 48 hours before the start time. This is an Early Cancel. The lesson may be rescheduled and taken at another time.
How do I Early Cancel a lesson?
You may early cancel a lesson either online, over the phone or by email.
Please note a change is not a change unless it is notified to our office by one of the above methods. Feel free to let your instructor know of a change but you still need to communicate it to the office. The instructor has no capacity to make changes to a schedule.
A change is a change to a lesson day, time, location or instructor.
I’m not feeling well. Should I wait and see if I get better before I make a change?
No. If you’re not feeling well we would encourage you to cancel your lesson right away. If you leave it to closer to the time of the lesson to see how you feel you run the risk of having to cancel your lesson less than 48 hours before and losing your lesson. Whereas if you early cancel a lesson now and you subsequently feel better you can always book it back in. The exact slot may not be there but you will be able to reschedule your lesson.
