Are your policies the same as before March 2020?
Yes. All our policies remain the same – with the exception of the Running Late policy which is more restricted now and the Package Validity policy which allows validities to be extended in certain circumstances.
If you swam with us before March we’d ask that you review the new Running Late policy.
Early Cancels and Covid
No change has been made to the Early Cancel policy. You may make unlimited changes to a lesson for any reason up to 48 hours before.
Late Cancels/Missed Lessons and Covid
No change here. If you need to late cancel a lesson or miss a lesson because of a Covid related reason it won’t be possible to reinstate it.
Running Late and Covid
This policy has changed. It is vitally important that you arrive at your location 15mins BEFORE the start of your lesson time. If you arrive at your location at the lesson start time or later you will lose your allocated time in the changing room and as a result your lesson. Please see here for full details.
Validity and Covid
The validity of the packages remain the same.
However, if there is another lockdown one thing you don’t need to worry about is the validity of your lessons. On the day of the lockdown we will stop the clock running on the validity of your package. We won’t start the clock running again until we resume lessons. So from a validity perspective, it will be as if the lockdown didn’t happen.
Of course, when we resume lessons you may not be ready to swim. We absolutely understand that and will be flexible about extending your package and agree a reasonable new validity period in the circumstances.
Refunds and Covid
Our refund policy remains the same. If you haven’t started your package you may get a refund in full at any time up to 14 days after the purchase of the package.
