What is your refund policy?

‌‌You may get a full refund (or partial refund if you have started the service) at any time up to 14 days after the purchase of the package. However, after 14 days of purchase, a refund is no longer possible.‌‌

A partial refund will be possible if you have started the service and requested a refund within 14 days of purchase.‌‌

You will have started the service by taking a lesson, late cancelling a lesson, missing a lesson for being late or not showing for a lesson as in these cases a lesson is deemed taken. The refund will be for the parts of the service that have not been taken. A lesson has been used where it is taken, late cancelled, missed for being late or missed as a no show.

‌‌I can no longer make my lessons. What can I do with the remaining lessons?

‌‌If you have started your package and you can no longer make or no longer wish to take your lessons you have a number of options.‌‌

Some swimmers ask us to extend the validity of the package so they may take their lessons at a later time. We will consider an appropriate extension on a case by case basis.‌‌

Other swimmers decide to transfer their lessons to a friend or family member.‌‌

And other swimmers ask us to convert the lessons to online gift certs which they gift as and when.‌‌

If you can no longer make your lessons they are still there for you. It’s just a case of you deciding what you wish to do with them.
