How far ahead can I book?
You can book up to three months ahead. The software releases lessons for booking on a three month rolling basis. For example in October you will be able to book up to January and in November you will be able to book up to February.
Why am I taken to the Shopping Cart when trying to book a lesson?
Either you have:
- run out of lessons to schedule in your package,
- run out of package validity, or
- you are trying to book the wrong type of lesson for the package you have purchased.
The system will only allow you to schedule the type of lesson you have purchased. For example, if you have purchased last minute lessons you cannot schedule a lesson more than 48 hours ahead. If you attempt to schedule a different type of lesson the system will take you to the store to purchase the correct lesson.
