Communication Preferences
You control communication preferences from your the My Account Tab – Profile page.

The communication preferences relate specifically to the transactional emails sent in relation to your lessons and include:
- invoices
- receipts
- account management – account setup and password reset
- appointment confirmations
- cancellation confirmations
- validity reminders
- e-gift cards
If emails related to Your Account or Reminders and Schedule Changes are turned off they will not be sent through the booking software with the exception of invoices and receipts.
Email Confirmations and Reminders
If you disable these option two options, you will receive no reminders about scheduled lesson days/times or package validity. Please ensure that you make a note of these elsewhere so that you do not miss a lesson, run late for a lesson, miss the cancellation window or have a package expire.
We do not at this time send text messages. If this should change we will let you know first and give you the chance to opt-in.
