If the email does not come through, please check your spam/junk folders.
The email will have come from Immerse Booking System and may be from one of these three email addresses.
The sending email address will have been verified as being from immerse.co.uk at a domain level by SPF and DKIM.
If our email server acts up, the emails will still be sent, but from a backup email address on our booking system verified by SPF and DKIM as domain mindbodyonline.com:

The only other option is if the email address has been mistyped. In this case send us an email from the address you registered with asking that we check.
