Lesson History
The Past Lessons page of the My Account tab lists your lesson history.
It will show the lesson details, and also gives the status of the lesson. If you took a lesson it will show as status Completed. If you missed a lesson it’s status will be No-Show. If you cancelled a lesson it’s status will show as either Early Cancel (cancelled 48 hours or more before the lesson) or Late Cancel (cancelled less than 48 hours before the lesson).
The Book Again button will allow you to book this lesson type, day, time, instructor again for some time in the future.
Cancellation History will display a page with details of your lesson cancellations be they Early or Late.
Listed here are details of the lesson cancelled, and of the cancellation itself – by whom the cancellation was made and the date and time. The Method column will list early for Early Cancelled lessons and charged for Late Cancelled lessons.
