You will need to log in to the our booking system to see your information.
How do I check my contact information or billing information?
You can check and edit these details on the Profile page of the My Account tab.
How can I check my next lessons?
You can check your next lessons on the Future Lessons page of the My Account tab.
How many lessons do I have left?
You can see how many lessons you have left in a package on the Account Balance tab of the My Account tab.
How do I find out when my lessons expire?
You can see how many lessons you have left in a package on the Account Balance tab of the My Account tab.
What if my account balance looks unusual or some of the info doesn’t seem right?
Some of the account balances are complex and can be a bit confusing. If your account balance doesn’t make sense to you and you’d like it explained just give us a call. Likewise if any of the data on your account does not seem right just call us and we will look into it.
