During the booking process (generally over the phone for your first lesson or package) we will have created an online account for you. Now you need to activate it for onine booking
Step One: access the system
To activate your login and create your password go to our online booking site.
This page has our logo in the top left corner and a series of menu tabs across the top. The “My Account” tab should be selected – if it isn’t, click or tap this tab to select.
In the central section on this page titled “IMMERSE – Online Booking System” there are two boxes below Log in with Facebook. The left-hand box headed “Sign In” has a “Need new password?” link at the bottom left.
Click this link to set your password for the first time, or to reset your password if you have forgotten.
Step Two: confirm your email
Having clicked the Need new password, you will be taken to a page titled Tell us your email.
Enter the email address you supplied at the time of booking and click next.
Step 3: create a password
You will then be sent an email from the Immerse Booking System ([email protected]) with the subject “Reset your password” and a link to “Create new password”.
Following the link in your email will take you to the “Create New Password” page where you can create a password for online booking. Enter your new password, then click save.
You will then be automatically logged in to the booking software
Make a note of your username/email address and password to login in the future.
