If when following the process to activate or reactivate online booking, you use email address other that the one you gave during booking over the phone then the system will not find the account created for you and thus won’t allow you to create a password.
If you can’t recall which email address you used, contact our office and we will send an email to the address you used at booking. Use this email address to set your password using the instructions here.
